What We Believe

We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, infallible Word of God and our only rule of faith and practice. We believe the Westminster Confession of Faith, along with the Larger and Shorter Catechisms, is the standard that best explains in a systematic way the doctrine and truth taught in the Bible.

We believe worship is for the glory of God. Corporate Worship is central to the life of the Church. At its most basic level, this is what the church is for; we will continue to worship in eternity. At Christ Presbyterian we believe it is important not only to preach the gospel, but also to order the worship service according to the structure of the gospel.

 If you are a college student at South Alabama, consider being a part of our college ministry, CCF (Campus Christian Fellowship). You can find out more about our events by clicking on the logo. We host weekly Bible studies and regular social events on campus to foster christian community on campus. Our desire is to see college students transformed by the gospel and directed to the local church as Gods plan for their life.
